GENERAL

The following terms and conditions apply to all purchases made by you from ellabulley.com, hereinafter referred to as “Ella Bulley Studio” or “we”.

 

By placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out herein (the “Terms”). Please make sure you have read and understood the Terms before placing your order.

 

We have the right to amend, remove or vary our services and/or any part of the Website (including our Terms & Conditions) at any time without prior notice to you .The version of the Terms that will apply to your order will be those shown on ellabulley.com at the time you place your order.

These terms and our dealings with you are subject to English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

GOODS

 

Small variances may occur (in for example the colour, placement of print) when goods are displayed on our site.

 

PRICES AND PAYMENT

The price of a product is the price quoted at ellabulley.com at the time of placing the order. We make reservations for misprints and sold out products.

 

The cost for delivery is clearly indicated during the check-out process.

 

We only accept your order once payment has been approved and we have debited the payment card (and then the contract is made based on these terms).

 

You may be able to cancel (not change) your order within a 24 hours period of ordering. You can’t change your order – you’ll need to cancel (and/or return original item(s), and re-order.

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. If there’s an issue with an order, we will contact you.

The applicable amount will immediately be reserved on your card but will not be debited until your order is dispatched. Once the transaction has been carried through, it will appear on your account. When paying with a payment card, your information is sent directly and SSL encrypted to Ella Bulley Studio’s payment provider. We have no access to your payment details.

 

 

 

PLACEMENT OF ORDERS

You will, prior to confirming your order have the opportunity to correct or delete the products that you have placed in your shopping cart. Your order will not be shipped and is thus not binding until you have pressed “Confirm order”.

 

 

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once you have placed your order, and if you have supplied us with your email, you will receive an email confirmation. The order confirmation contains your order number, name, address, delivery address, method of payment, specification of product ordered and the total price including any shipping costs.

 

We store a digital copy of all order confirmations, but we recommend that you print the order confirmation, as it contains important information regarding your purchase. At the same time, the order confirmation is expedient to have later, if you should second thoughts or have complaints about the purchase. The final agreement is made when the order confirmation is sent to you from Ella Bulley Studio. The agreement comprises the products listed in the order confirmation. Once you receive the order conformation, you should go over it immediately and contact us if you believe it contains faults or discrepancies.

 

If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order, we will let you know at the earliest opportunity. If we have already received payment for such order, we will refund the applicable amount using the same method used to make the payment.

 

DELIVERY

The usual shipping time is between 3 and 10 business from the date of the order confirmation depending on your location. Ella Bulley Studio is responsible for the purchase until you have received it. The shipping costs for your purchase will appear on the order confirmation and will be charged together with your payment for the products purchased. You can see the delivery charge below:

 

Delivery is dependent on the product that you are ordering.

SHIPMENT IN UK

All shipment in UK Mainland (excluding Scottish Isles) is sent via Royal Mail at the cost of £4.99 and Next Day delivery is sent via DPD at the cost of £10.99.

 

The order is delivered to your home address, if you are not home when delivered at your home address Royal Mail/DPD will leave instructions for you to follow up. Therefore, it is very important that you supply us with both your phone number and email.

All international shipment is via Parcel Force of DHL. All orders shipped outside of UK might be subject to customs duties and taxes upon receipt. Duties and taxes vary by country and by items therefore we are not able to supply an estimated cost. Please contact your customs office for more information.

RETURN POLICY

Products (excluding Bespoke and Commissioned items) bought on ellabulley.com are fully returnable and refundable within 14 days after you have received the purchased product or until 14 days of your original purchase. You may cancel your purchase of the product by:

 

  1. Notifying Ella Bulley Studio online store by sending an email to info@ellabulley.com Please indicate your order number and explain which articles you want to return.

  2. Please fill in the return form and send it along with the items you wish to return to the address below. You find the standard return form below. 

  3. Please return the item(s) within the 14 days and attach the return form with your shipment.

 

Note that the right of withdrawal is annulled if you use the product in any way. The item(s) must be returned unused and in the same condition as they were upon receipt and in the original packaging.

The item(s) that you return must be securely wrapped. You have the responsibility for the package/item(s) until we receive it/them. Therefore, keep the receipt as well as any tracking number. You must pay the costs in connection with returning the item(s).

 

REFUND

When we receive your parcel, and if the products are approved as not being used/damaged, we will return the order amount to your account within 7 business days. 

BESPOKE/COMMISSIONED ORDERS

Ella Bulley Studio produces design products and experiences on commissioned basis.

 

Production of Bespoke Design products will commence upon payment of non-refundable 'production deposit', that will cover cost of materials and production. The client will be notified for approval upon completion of their order. At this stage the client is able to cancel the order. Once the bespoke product has been produced, payment of the final balance is required and is non-refundable.

 

All Bespoke and custom made products come with an authentication certificate. 

 

Although the upmost care is taken to package and deliver your item, should your bespoke designed product be faulty or damaged, we will offer replacement.

 

Bespoke items, do not come warranty protected as they are collectable design products and is the responsibility of the owner to care for the items. Advice will be provided on how to care for your products when purchased. 

 

Production of Design Experiences are agreed upon a signed contract, with deliverables and payment schedules outlined. Please contact us here to enquire about us producing a design experience. 

DAMAGED PARCELS?

When you receive your order, you must immediately examine the package in order to establish any defects or imperfections. If the items are damaged upon receipt, please let us know within 24 hours after receipt. We are responsible for goods in transit from us to you. If damaged under transit, we will kindly replace the item return or refund the cost of the item, if no longer in stock. Once we hear from you we will try to track your parcel.   

 

PROMO CODES & COUPONS

Ella Bulley Studio may give you promotional codes that you can use to reduce the price of specified products. It is up to you, the customer to enter the code at checkout.

 

Each Promo Code has its own terms, which will be made clear at the time it is issued (e.g. what products, single/multiple use, when it can be used etc).

 

Ella Bulley Studio reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify any promotional codes if technical errors arise,  suspect fraud, tampering, or anything else that is beyond our control that affects the running or fairness of the promotional code.

 

WEBSITE VISITORS CONDUCT

 

You must not misuse or tamper with our websites or other services (“Websites”) (e.g. hack, introduce viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other technologically harmful material or carry out denial of service attacks etc) or otherwise mess with our tech or functionality or steal our or our customers’ data. Doing any of these things may be a criminal offence. Ella Bulley Studio will report any such breach or activity (and all information about the people carrying it out) to the relevant law enforcement authorities.

 

Ella Bulley Studio owns or has permission to use the intellectual property rights in its Website and its content. These rights are protected around the world. All such rights are reserved.

You’re allowed to store, print and display our Website content only for your own personal use. You are not allowed to use any part of the Website for commercial purposes unless you have our express permission.
